b) Educational Qualification: BE/ Mechanical with more than 6-7 Year experience in Handling OEM Sales . Will be able to Handle East Zone Independently
c) Experience (Nature and number of years):- more than 6-7 Year experience in Handling OEM Sales . Will be able to Handle East Zone Independently
d) Any Specific Industry— Automobile Industry
Refer to companies like – SKF, Minda, Bosch, Federal Mogul and from all leading Tier 1 Auto companies.
e) Skills & Competencies:
i Technical: Should have handled Direct OEM’S and having experience of Handling Tata Motors and RSB ( Preferable). Should have business relationships with decision makers . Should be able to read drawings and he should be aware of customer various vehicle Production Trend and processes
ii Generic: Strong relationship with Tata / RSB in Jamshedpur . Should have handled business worth 50 Cr.
f) Areas of expertise required: Should have handled Direct OEM’S and having experience of Handling Tata Motors and RSB ( Preferable).
