i Technical: IT Support ( Windows Based ), Network Administrative, Basic Server Administrative, Repair of IT Hardware Devices ( Mainboard, Printers, UPS, Barcode etc. )

ii Generic: Good communication skills

f) Areas of expertise required: Computer Hardware & Networking
