Profile Required : Accounts Executive (Knowledge of MARC Software)

Proven experience as an Account Executive preferably in pharmaceutical company or others.
Well versed with accounting entries.
Maintain all kind of ledger in proper manner.
Authentication of Ledger Accounts every month.
Preparing invoices and reconciliation of Accounts, vendors
Preparing accounts receivables from clients & payable to suppliers.
Preparing daily vouchers & maintaining records for petty cashes.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements
Confident in recovery of money from the credit clients.
Maintaining files for purchase invoices, sales invoices, company bills, logistics bills etc.
Making MIS reports on monthly basis.
Well versed with MS Office & Marg Software will be an added advantage.
MARC SOFWARE IS must.
