(No BE / B.Tech / Diploma / MCA / M.sc / MBA / PGDM)

Age Limit

21 – 24 years

Experience

:

1 to 3 year of Sales experience & dealer management from the Home Comfort, Furniture, Moulded Furniture, Tiles & Sanitaryware, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Paints, Tyres, Adhesives, Laminates & Plywood, Cycles, etc.

INR 2.00– 3.50 LPA (Negotiable) + VARIABLES

CANDIDATE should have TWO Wheeler

Job Responsibilities :

 To generate business in all product categories – Pillows, foam, spring, furniture & furnishing as per the given targets on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis, strictly abiding the current Company’s Trade Policy (TP)

 To keep the outstanding at the minimum/ as per company’s norms.

 To keep a watch on the market changes and give input for the same.

 To make calls to the dealers

 To make institutional calls to pitch sales.

 To increase the dealer network by appointing new dealers.

 To reactivate the old partners.

 To ensure proper product & brand display at dealer counters.

 To maintain good relationship with the dealers.

 To redress the customer complaints.
