Professional Requirements:
o Proven work experience of 6+ years in residential sales
o Should be able to assess client requirements’ and serve
promptly to maximize closure opportunities
o Ability to manage team of sales executives and be able to
achieve
o Should possess strong sales, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
o Meeting clients to brief product through presentations and site
visits
o Facilitating site visits for clients and resolving their queries
o Following up with clients towards sales closures
o Prompt post sales servicing for all paper work and collections
o Ensure highest quality of customer satisfaction at all times and
pursue referral opportunities from existing customers
o Be accountable for achieving sales targets
o Managing and motivate sales executives to meet sales targets
o Help to Plan, develop and execute sales & marketing strategies
