Requirements

Should have proven experience in handling corporate/MNC clients, customer serviceand impeccable verbal and written communication skill.

Possess knowledge of the property market status.

ROI analysis.

Show prospective tenants available properties to rent or lease.

Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals.

Handle lease documentation.

Should have a valid driver license.

Should be able to work well independently, using basic word-processing software and

know how to multitask.

Know more than one language, such as English, Punjabi and Hindi.

Presenting properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants.
