Designation:- Accounts Officer
Exp: 1.5 Yrs to 4 years
Salary ;- 10k-18k PM
Location:- Zirakpur

Accounting package , manually party ledger, filling , represent before the debtors for payment follow up etc.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

The responsibilities of the role will include

· Full function Accounts Receivable and Payable data entry

· Understanding of and ability to process journal entries

· Filing, checking, printing, assisting with day to day transactions and mail outs

· Banking Operations

· Accounts Receivable and Payable data entry

· Spreadsheets & reconciliations

· Reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledgers

· Dealing with internal and external queries

· Ability to work within tight time constraints to achieve targets and meet deliverable’s

· Admin duties to assist Marketing and HR

· Ad hoc duties as required
