Position                               : Finance cum Admin Manager

Qualification                       : CA / Cost Accountant

Experience                          :Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in Real Estate background

Gender                                                : Male

Salary range                        :  CTC includes Bonus & other perks appx 6 – 8 Lakhs per annum

Knowledge                         :  Independently handle Fund planning.

 Should be highly efficient in Tax planning

Independently co-ordinate with Auditor & Income Tax Officials

 Capable to independently communicate with buyers regarding their payment & related queries.

Skills                                       :  Strong Communication Skills

Other Criteria’s                                  :  Married

                                               Preferably North Indian Background

                    Staying within driving distance of 30 – 45 minutes                                            from Marathahalli

                                                    Own Vehicle 2 or 4 wheeler
