Designation : Assistant General Manager / Sr. Manager – Maintenance
Department : Maintenance
Location : Mohali for 1.2 years then willing to relocate to Chennai.
Salary : 15 Lac ( Senior Manager ) Flexible and CTC – 19 Lac ( AGM ) Flexible

a) Preferred Age: Up to 40 yrs.
b) Educational Qualification: BTech/ BE in Mechanical
c) Experience (Nature and number of years):- More Than 11 yrs. ( Should have experience of maintenance in Automobile industry )
d) Any Specific Industry— Automobile Industry / Rubber Industry
e) Skills & Competencies:
i Technical: Planned Preventive Maintenance, Machine Uptime and reduction in Downtime.
ii Generic: Good interpersonal skills.
f) Areas of expertise required: Planned Preventive Maintenance Scheduling, Plant and Machine Uptime and installation of New Machine.
The candidate should be at least handling a team of 15 to 20 staff employees.
g) Role and Responsibilities-
1. Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
2. Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements.
3. Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery.
4. Manage the process of disposal of obsolete machinery, plant and equipment.
5. Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime.
6. Develop clear accountability for maintenance material spend combined with a strategy to manage expenditure.
7. The control of reactive and preventative maintenance services in a timely and cost efficient manner.
