9) Job responsibilities:

The role:

A Logistics Supervisor essentially oversees the shipping and delivery of the product and

warehouse personnel. Logistic Supervisors should also manage inventory and maintain

communications with carriers, warehouses, and others involved in the shipping and delivery

of the product.

Key skills:

1. Make sure all deliveries are assigned to the delivery staff.

2. Oversee and supervise delivery personnel.

3. Oversee and supervise warehouse personnel

4. Ensure all assigned deliveries are completed by the end of the day.

5. Manage warehouse inventory and send daily inventory reports to the head office

6. Loading and unloading of delivery and supply vehicles.

7. Create and maintain staff schedules

8. Maximize process efficiency and productivity

9. Ability to work on company developed applications for inventory and staff

management.
