Experience a) At least  10 – 15 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry.

Knowledge Full understanding of HR laws and regulations in India including timely fulfilment of staturary requirements.

Working ability a) Able to work independently  in concurrence with company’s policies,
b) Have excellent communication
c) Ability to architect strategy
d) Leadership skill.
e) Provide timely MIS to top mgmt.
f) Develop & implement overall HR strategies, systems, tacticsn, procedures
g) Be involved in managing HR activities such as
  – Job design,
  – Develop compensation package and benefit plan as per Company`s policies,
   – Recruitement,
   – Performance management and monitoring,
   – Liasoning with Government agencies like Labour Office, Provident Fund, ESIC, Polution Control Board, Health and Safety. etc
     – Labour contracting, Security and local bodies to maintain the property .
h) Bridge management & employees relations by addressing demands, grevances and other related issues.
i) Support current & future business needs through
   – Training & development,
   – Talent management,
   – Motivation & preservation of human capital,
   – Institute happy and productive work enviornment in order to establish the mission and objectives of the company.
j) Promote corporate values in shaping a positive culture.
k) Ensure health and safety measures in the factory.
Salary Commensurate with qualification and experience.

Language Fluent in written and spoken English , Hindi, Marathi.
