Job Description:
 To handle daily ecommerce operations
 Handle International logistics process and logistics queries for deliveries in 190+ countries.
 Negotiate on rates and on-boarding new logistics carrier
 Handle International returns including cross countries returns
 Oversee warehouse operations in USA, EU region, Canada and India
 Coordinate with the internal team and resolve their operational queries
 Handling all account metrics and its policies
 Analyze internal process workflow and do continuous improvements
 Co-ordinate with the IT team for process flow automations and various reports for analysis. 
 Tie up with International vendors for product distribution and getting into new product
categories.
