Job Description
We are looking for a passionate assistant manager to help coordinate and lead a team of talented
developers and manage client deliverables.

Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate and communicate with clients on projects, tickets, and related changes.
• Analyse features and prepare assignments for developers.
• Help in ensuring that features are implemented for given specifications and meet client
requirements.
• Review and assist in releasing projects for testing.
• Assess progress and follow up with and assist developers.
• Take ownership and be accountable for client deliverables.
• Help in ensuring a consistent level of quality and timely completion of projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Background in Information Technology and experience in managing software development
teams for at least 4 years;
• Strong organizational, management and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills;
• Strong desire to learn and grow. Gives attention to detail and good work ethics;
• Good understanding of PHP and web technologies including client-server architecture, MVC
and database design.
• Exposure to software design principles, modelling, diagrams and design patterns;
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git;
