Job Description
o Answer calls, Live Chat & Emails professionally to provide information about products and services, resolve issues & set exemplary standards of service.
o Keep records & recording details of customer transactions, inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
o Process withdrawal requests, complete KYC & create/complete Zoho task tickets.
o Follow up to ensure that appropriate and timely actions are taken on customers’ requests.
o Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
o Make outbound phone calls to maximize sale/deposit conversion.
Key Skills
o Extremely good oral communications skills in English and Hindi
o Basic MS Excel, word and email skills
o Ability to listen & solve customer issues
o Good interpersonal and writing skills
o Ability to handle pressure
Qualification
o Graduation
o 2 Years experience in CS or with Zoho CS & CRM (or equivalent) tools
o Experience in the skill based gaming industry a plus
