Requirements
·        3+ years of experience required
·        Excellent writing skills (desirable to demonstrate through a portfolio)
·        Working knowledge of content management systems & video editing skills desirable
·        Proven work experience as a content writer or similar role creating documentation
·        Excellent communication skills & ability to meet deadlines  
Responsibilities and Duties
·        You will write educational and informative user facing documentation related to software applications that we develop in house.
·        You will closely work with the  test team for a better understanding of our products
·        You will also collaborate with all business teams to identify customer’s needs relating to documentation and address any gaps in our existing documentation.
·        You will need to update historical content where necessary and create user-facing videos where necessary.
