Requirements:
1. Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any stream from any recognized university.
2. At least 1-3 years of sales Tele-Calling (Inbound & Outbound) experience in Automobile Industry.
3. Must be excellent at communicating information to Tele-In/ Tele-Out Enquiries.
4. Possess good dress sense that portrays neat and smart personality
5. Computer literate and experience in database navigation
6. Must possess a positive attitude
7. Ability to understand Customer Query
Job Description
1. Responsible for handling Inbound and Outbound enquiries
2. Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer
3. Responsible for giving proper and clear information about the product & Process to the prospect/Customer
4. Responsible for taking and maintaining the prospect’s Contact details ensuring 100% confidentiality
