Position :– Senior Electronics Service Engineer

Location – New Delhi

Job Description :–

1)      Inspecting, testing, repairing and updating electronic systems components and software i.e Car Multimedia players,    android Players and other electronic car accessories.

2)      Coordinating with service centers and other professionals as well as customers to ensure that service task are completed as per company standard.

3)      Ensuring are equipment’s and products are maintain as per standards and meet.

4)      Establishing relationship with staff, vendors, suppliers and other professionals in the field.

5)      Manage a team of call Centre executives responsible for smooth escalation of complaints as per TAT metrics of the company.

6)      Showing initiative and keeping up track of advancements in electronics.

Educational Qualification and Experience :–

BE/B.Tech in Electronics from reputed institute with 3-4 years’ experience in relevant field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
