Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Shall be captain of entire MBO Business of all 4 regions in India. (With a target of 90 Crores / Annum size presently – but growing at 40% Y-O-Y).
2. Sales –
· Responsible for development and execution of the entire sales revenue – strategy & growth & expansion
· Primary objective would be to build, scale up & drive defined brand performance objectives
· Shall be forecasting Annual Business plan – and managing the operations with weekly, monthly and quarterly achievements.
· To maintain good control on Business stake holders i.e. 3 AGM-BD / Marketing team members & with Trade Partners.
· Setting annual targets based on value, product volume and channels to meet defined business goals
· This post shall be 30% desk & 70% on Field job.
· To visit the 80% contributing 20 % key dealers on Bi-Monthly basis without fail.
· To ensure every AGM-BD / ASM achieve their target – with pro-active actions.
3. Channels –
· Specify and define market coverage plans to deliver on the business target.
· To identify channel & product segments
4. Product Management – Initiatives, Strategy & managing existing product categories, product mix & inventory optimization, new category & launches, product positioning, new product development, prepare business proposals, finalization of pricing, Trade payout, Discount structures, Trade incentives, entry pricing for new products & categories for all Primary & Secondary sales
5. Shop-In-Shop (SIS) – Ensure SIS concept happens in all Key counters by monitoring Trade VM Executives & Marketing team against projections given to the company
6. Financial – The role expected to perform in P&L responsibility basically profit center deliverables
7. Market intelligence – Will be required to stay connected to the market (Competition inputs, market practices related to Pricing, Products, Services, Customer Feedback, Brand positioning & their impact into our business) and report on the same to the top management
8. NDC – To ensure smooth functioning of Goods / Merchandise Planning, Inventory, Warehousing & Distribution / NDC back end support required for delivering on the business targets
9. Reporting to Directors / Board.
10. Any other assignments based on need and demands
