JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries (Australian international
process).
· Should possess good verbal and written English communication skills.
· Resolve customer complaints via phone, e-mail, or social media.
· Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
· Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges.
· Warming calling to prospects.
· Communicate and co-ordinate with internal teams.
· Should have descent keyboard and mouse handling skills.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Should Possess good verbal & written in English.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Be precise at work.
· Should be a quick learner.
· Take ownership on calls/Emails & ability to solve customer complaints.
· Should have the tenacity to learn & up skill.
· Should be good with MS Office skills.
