* Checking Purchase Bill & MIRO.
* Checking Freight bill & Expenses bill.
* Debit /Credit Notes to Party.
* Vendor Reconcilation.
* Bank Reconcilation.
* Preprae Vat Return.
* Preparation & Payment of Salary.
* Calulation of service tax .
* Calculation of TDS & Entry Tax.
* Provison for the month.
* Prepare MIS Reports
* Handle C Form, F Form & Road Permits(Way Bills).
* Handle Sale Tax matters.
* Payment to Vendors.
* Handle Logistic Activities(Planning for Dispatch & Documentation).
* Handle Cash & Bank.
* Studying the reports given by auditors and CA and submitting it to the Management
* Preparing periodic reports to compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
* To process accounting transactions
* Assisted In carrying out Company’s internal Audit.
* Preparation of various Accounting Reports like Ageing Analysis, Reconciliation Statement etc.
* Journal voucher posting in SAP
