Designation:-Draftsman cum Interior designer (should be fluent in Kannada well)

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the construction field, should be
fluent in Kannada well.

3+ years of experience
Sound Knowledge in AutoCAD. Good experience in drafting Civil Floor plan
drawings and Quality Control aspects. Good communication skill in
English.

Qualification:

Diploma – Civil / Mech.
UG: B.Tech / B.E. – Civil / Mech
Experience of 2 – 4 yrs experience.

Job Description:

Should be able to thoroughly understand project inputs, sent by the
client.

Should have an understanding of working with layer system, Xrefs,
dynamic
blocks etc in Autocad.

Must be able to prepare construction drawings set and working details
set for any architectural project using Autocad, with international
standards.

Should be willing to work on any project apart from Autocad

Experience: Should be able to do the survey of the site, do a detailed
differentiated estimation of the quotation to submit in the bank with
proper planning and drawings. In case the clients need a loan from the
bank.

· Drive the design process end to end (including sketching and drafting
– 2D and 3D are mandatory)
