Job Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Respond to student enquiries and provide detailed information about IT training courses.
• Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable training programs.
• Schedule counselling sessions and follow up with interested candidates.
• Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
• Coordinate with the admissions and training teams regarding batch schedules.
• Achieve monthly enquiry follow-up and admission targets.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with students and parents.
• Update student records and follow-up status in the CRM or database.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Good convincing and counselling abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
• Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
• Positive attitude, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
