Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate product/service delivery activities and ensure timely follow-up.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service/product delivery.
• Manage multiple tasks and activities efficiently.
• Maintain proper records and customer-related information.
• Use MS Excel, MS Word, and Email for routine coordination and documentation.
• Ensure good customer handling and maintain a positive customer experience.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in product/service delivery coordination will be preferred.
• Experience with UPS, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Products will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with strong customer handling and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• Good customer handling and follow-up skills.
• Good coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Fluent Telugu communication is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
