We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in hotel construction. The candidate should have independently managed and successfully completed 2–3 hotel construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning to completion and handover.
• Handle site execution, project timelines, quality, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Monitor civil, finishing, MEP, and other construction activities.
• Ensure timely project completion as per quality and safety standards.
• Resolve site issues and provide regular project progress updates.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant construction/project management experience.
• Proven experience in 2–3 hotel construction projects.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of construction planning and execution.
• B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
