Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Panchkula. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating and scheduling site visits, and assisting prospective clients throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Coordinate and schedule site visits for prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with potential customers.
• Explain product/service offerings and address customer queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Handling, or Business Development.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Gender: Female
• Location: Panchkula

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to schedule and manage multiple site visits efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated with a positive and result-oriented attitude.
