Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Security Supervisor to oversee day-to-day security operations and ensure the safety of people, property, and assets. The candidate will be responsible for managing security personnel, maintaining discipline, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the daily activities of security guards.
• Ensure the safety and security of the premises, employees, visitors, and company assets.
• Prepare duty rosters and manage shift schedules.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Monitor CCTV systems and coordinate with the security team during emergencies.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and escalate issues to management when required.
• Ensure all security procedures and company policies are followed.
• Coordinate with management and external authorities whenever necessary.
• Train and guide security personnel to maintain high operational standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Ability to handle incidents calmly and make quick decisions.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work in rotational shifts, if required.
