Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential/commercial projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local property dealers, brokers, and channel partners in Zirakpur.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and market outreach.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and close sales.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide market feedback to management.
• Coordinate with marketing and other internal teams to maximize lead conversion.

Candidate Profile

• Male/Female candidates with 4–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Proven experience in team handling and channel partner/dealer management.
• Strong local market knowledge and an established network of dealers and brokers in Zirakpur will be highly preferred.
