Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot hardware-related issues for laptops, desktops, printers, projectors, and other IT peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and applications.
• Handle networking activities including LAN/WAN setup, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and basic network maintenance.
• Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of CCTV cameras and related systems.
• Provide technical support to users for hardware and software issues.
• Ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and resolve day-to-day technical problems.
• Coordinate with the IT team and provide regular updates/reports twice a week.
• Maintain records of IT assets, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Visit user locations/departments as required for technical support.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, projectors, internet connectivity, and CCTV systems.
• Basic knowledge of routers, switches, IP configuration, and network troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills with good command of English.
• Good problem-solving and customer handling skills.
