Qualification:

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
• MBA in Marketing preferred

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to support business growth initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and assisting in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets.
• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of customer requirements.
• Support sales planning, market research, and competitor analysis.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and business discussions.
• Travel to customer locations as and when required for meetings and business development activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 0–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Freshers welcome).
• Basic understanding of Electronics / Electrical products and solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a sales role.
• Must be comfortable with customer visits and field travel.
• Positive attitude with good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
