Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced National Sales Head – Strategy & Operations to lead sales growth initiatives, develop business strategies, manage sales operations, and drive revenue targets across multiple regions. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience managing sales teams, and a proven track record in the electronics/electrical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Drive business growth, revenue generation, and market expansion across India.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of 15–20 members.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of business goals.
- Develop channel strategies, dealer/distributor networks, and customer relationships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.
- Improve sales processes, operational efficiency, and team productivity.
- Ensure effective execution of sales plans across different regions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5–10 years of experience in sales management / operations leadership roles.
- Experience in handling national-level sales operations.
- Strong understanding of electronics/electrical products and market dynamics.
- Proven experience managing and scaling sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
