Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in project sales, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and be capable of generating business opportunities within the construction and building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Visit project sites, contractors, builders, architects, and consultants to generate sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Promote and sell the company’s building and steel products.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure timely closures.
• Conduct market research and track competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in building materials, steel, construction, or related industries.
• Experience in handling project sales is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
• Good knowledge of the local market and customer network.
• Own vehicle is mandatory for field visits.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Familiarity with the construction and infrastructure sector will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities efficiently.
