Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in Tally, E-Invoicing, Challan preparation, and day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records in Tally.
• Generate and manage E-Invoices and E-Way Bills.
• Prepare and process delivery challans and related documentation.
• Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
• Assist in GST-related documentation and compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting and billing requirements.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidate preferred.
• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting.
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Familiarity with E-Invoicing, E-Way Bills, and Challan preparation.
• Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
