Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CCTV Installation & Networking Technician with hands-on expertise in IP CCTV systems, networking, and client handling. The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of surveillance systems while ensuring excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IP CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
• Set up and troubleshoot networking components including routers, switches, LAN/WAN connectivity, and structured cabling.
• Perform system testing, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of CCTV installations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Configure NVRs/DVRs, remote viewing, and network connectivity for CCTV systems.
• Coordinate with clients during installation and support activities.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely technical support.
• Prepare installation reports, service records, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during site work.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV installation and networking.
• Strong knowledge of IP CCTV systems, NVRs, DVRs, and surveillance technologies.
• Good understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, routing, switching, and cabling.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting CCTV and network-related issues.
• Ability to work independently at client sites.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving license will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualification

• Diploma in IT, Networking, Electronics, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in networking or surveillance systems will be preferred.
