Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Backend Operations Executive to manage backend operations while supporting customer interactions through inbound and outbound calling, chat support, and voice processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Manage chat support and respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
- Provide assistance through voice processes and maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and operational activities.
- Perform data entry, documentation, and MIS reporting.
- Process customer requests, inquiries, and service-related updates.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending cases and customer concerns.
- Support backend operational tasks and administrative functions.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Com / BBA.
- Relevant experience in backend operations, customer support, telecalling, or voice processes preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Inbound Calling, Outbound Calling, Chat Process, or Voice Process.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
