Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand PCD Pharma business across assigned territories.
Appoint new distributors, franchise partners, and super stockists.
Generate consistent business through strong market networking.
Handle customer coordination, negotiations, and order closures.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Maintain long-term business relationships with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth dispatch and operations.
Identify new market opportunities and competitor activities.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5+ years experience in PCD Pharma sales/business development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong market knowledge and distributor network.
Proven track record of achieving high sales targets.
Self-motivated and result-oriented personality.
Ability to handle clients independently.
