Job Responsibilities:

• Handling customer queries and providing timely resolutions
• Coordinating with clients regarding finance-related services
• Maintaining customer records and follow-ups
• Assisting customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels
• Supporting internal teams with client coordination and documentation

Requirements:

• Candidate must have a finance background
• Good English communication skills are mandatory
• Relevant experience in customer support/customer handling will be preferred
