Requirements:• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Corporate/B2B Event Management.
• Prior agency experience is mandatory.
• Strong exposure to conferences, partner meets, product launches, trade shows, dealer meets, and R&R events.
• Hands-on experience in event production including stage setup, AV coordination, show flow, backstage management, and console handling.
• Strong vendor, fabrication, and venue network across Mumbai/Thane preferred.
• Ability to independently manage timelines, budgets, logistics, production, and execution.
• Candidate should be comfortable with event travel and extended working hours during live events.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates should be based in Mumbai/Thane or nearby locations only.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage complete event operations and execution for B2B corporate events
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, hotels, vendors, production partners, and fabrication teams
• Prepare event timelines, execution plans, and operational checklists
• Handle venue coordination, production setup, logistics, permissions, and manpower management
• Ensure seamless on-ground execution and troubleshooting during events
• Support ideation and conceptualization of event themes and engagement activities
• Maintain vendor records, event documentation, and operational budgets
