Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international travel bookings and operations
• Manage end-to-end ticketing using Amadeus
• Handle complex itineraries (US, Canada, Australia preferred)
• Lead and manage a team effectively
• Handle customer queries, escalations, and support

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of international travel domain
• Hands-on experience with Amadeus (mandatory)
• Experience in US/Canada or Australia travel sector preferred
• Prior team handling / leadership experience
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Gujarati
