Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to lead our
efforts in expanding the market presence of our luxury sleep products. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with high-end
clientele, and driving revenue growth within the premium mattress segment.
Key Qualifications:
· Proven experience in business development, preferably within the luxury goods.
· Strong understanding of the luxury market and customer psychology.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities for growth.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
· Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Additional Requirements
· Own Vehicle: The candidate must have access to a personal vehicle for work-related travel. A
valid driver’s license and up-to-date vehicle insurance are required.
· Own Laptop: The candidate is required to have a personal laptop with suitable specifications
to meet the job's technical needs.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in selling to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) or premium hospitality sectors.
