Key Responsibilities:

• Conversion of Enquiries to Admissions:
  Engage with prospective students and effectively convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through structured counselling and follow-ups.
• Course Briefing:
  Provide clear, accurate, and detailed information to students and parents regarding courses offered, including curriculum, benefits, and career opportunities.
• Tele-Counselling:
  Conduct counselling sessions over the phone, understand student requirements, recommend suitable courses, and encourage them to visit the center.
• Lead Generation & Walk-in Handling:
  Manage walk-in inquiries efficiently and generate new leads through tele-calling and outreach activities to maintain a consistent pipeline of potential students.
• Referral Generation:
  Build strong relationships with existing students and motivate them to provide referrals, contributing to increased admissions.
• Daily Follow-ups & Fee Coordination:
  Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students, track their progress in the admission process, and assist in fee collection while ensuring a seamless experience.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and maintain records
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving admission targets
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
