Responsibilities
• Source and recruit candidates across multiple functions including retail, production, finance, and operations.
• Proactively identify and approach passive candidates through direct outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate the interview process.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through offer closure.
• Maintain recruitment records and provide regular pipeline updates.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven ability to source candidates beyond job portals.
• Experience recruiting across multiple domains, not limited to one vertical.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn and professional networking platforms.
Preferred
• Agency-side or headhunting experience.
• Familiarity with the Chandigarh/Tricity market.
• Prior experience in retail or lifestyle industry recruitment.
