Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Architect to contribute to the design and development of workplace interior projects. The role involves design development, preparation of detailed drawings, coordination with clients and internal teams, and supporting project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, space planning, and layout options for workplace interiors
• Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, and design documentation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams on design requirements
• Assist in preparing presentations, material selections, and design proposals
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with project teams during execution
• Ensure designs align with client requirements, timelines, and budgets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• 3–4 years of experience in workplace interior projects
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design tools
• Good understanding of drawings, materials, and site coordination

Preferred

• Experience in office fit-outs or corporate interior projects
• Knowledge of 3D visualization or rendering tools
