Job Description:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with companies for placements and internships.
2. Coordinate campus drives, job fairs, interviews, and recruitment events.
3. Understand employer requirements and map candidate profiles accordingly.
4. Prepare candidates through resume guidance, interview preparation, and soft-skills sessions.
5. Manage end-to-end placement operations, including scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation.
6. Maintain placement data, reports, and CRM systems.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth placement activities.
Required Skills
1. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
2. Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
3. Good organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Knowledge of hiring trends and recruitment processes.
