Project & Administrative Coordination
- Coordinate between multiple departments including Process Engineering, Mechanical Design, Automation, IT, and Marketing.
- Schedule meetings, prepare board meeting documents and other reports
HR & People Operations
- Manage recruitment activities: CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
- Handle onboarding formalities, employee documentation, policy explanation, and joining processes.
- Prepare offer letters, employment agreements, and HR-related official communication.
- Maintain employee records, databases, and leave/attendance tracking.
- Completing the EPF registration of new employees
Social Media & Marketing Support
- Create engaging social media posts, brochures, advertisements, and promotional creatives using Canva.
- Manage posting on company social media pages and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Support the marketing team with branding materials and digital promotions.
Communication & Correspondence
- Draft, rewrite, and send high-quality professional emails.
- Prepare meeting minutes, reminders, and structured follow-ups.
Travel & Vendor Coordination
- Prepare flight details, travel documents, and insurance files for employees.
