Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Professional with experience in selling staffing, payroll,
HR outsourcing, or facility management solutions. Recruitment or field hiring exposure will be an
added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
– Drive B2B sales for staffing, payroll, HRMS, and facility management services.
– Identify and acquire new corporate clients through field sales and networking.
– Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
– Achieve revenue and business targets.
– Build relationships with HR, Admin, and Operations leaders.
Recruitment Exposure
– Experience in field recruitment or managing recruiters across domains.
– Understanding of blue-collar, grey-collar, and white-collar hiring.
Required Experience & Skills
– 3–7 years of B2B sales experience in staffing, payroll, or facility management.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
