Job Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring Ownership
Own end-to-end hiring without supervision.
Hire for Tech (Frontend, Backend, ML), Sales, Marketing, Ops.
Source aggressively via LinkedIn, job portals, cold outreach, referrals.
Screen candidates hard for skills, attitude, and startup fit.
Maintain daily hiring metrics (pipeline, TAT, drop-offs).
2. HR Operations & Discipline Control
Build and enforce attendance, leave, WFH, and work-hour policies.
Maintain zero-miss employee documentation.
Draft, update, and enforce:
o Offer & appointment letters
o NDAs
o HR policies
o Warning letters
o Termination letters
3. Performance Management
Implement KRA/KPI-based performance tracking.
Handle:
o Probation failures
o Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
o Terminations for non-performance
4. Payroll, Compliance & Legal Discipline
Coordinate payroll with finance without delays or errors.
Strong understanding of:
o PF, ESIC, gratuity basics
o Labor law fundamentals
Maintain audit-ready HR records at all times.
�� 5. Founder & Management Support
Act as HR advisor to founders.
Give clear, unbiased people insights.
Protect company interest over individual emotions.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
3+ years real HR experience (not internship-heavy profiles).
Experience in startup / FinTech / IT company ONLY.
Proven record of:
o Hiring under pressure
o Handling terminations
o Managing conflicts
Strong documentation & Excel skills.
Thick skin, high ownership, zero drama mindset.
