Job Summary
The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving property sales, and achieving revenue targets. This role involves overseeing sales operations, developing effective sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and ensuring successful closure of property deals.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead, train, and motivate real estate sales executives and agents to achieve sales targets
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans
· Handle key clients and manage high-value property negotiations
· Oversee property site visits, bookings, documentation, and deal closures
· Monitor real estate market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
· Prepare and analyze sales reports; present performance updates to management
· Coordinate with the marketing team to execute property promotions and campaigns
· Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies
· Address customer concerns and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
