Job Role & Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls and queries from Drivers and Sidemen.
Promptly answer incoming and make outgoing calls in an enthusiastic, courteous, and efficient manner.
Adhere to internal and external policies and procedures to ensure smooth execution of delivery processes.
Maintain system records with accurate and up-to-date information, ensuring all communications are logged.
Ensure information requests to internal and external stakeholders are completed within required timelines.
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure procedures are followed and goods are dispatched on time.
Manage your own work schedule and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Identify driver and customer requirements and respond appropriately.
Complete additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Shift & Working Details
Shift Type: Rotational Shifts (UK)
Working Days:
6 days a week during the first 3 months (probation period)
Post probation: 5.5 working days
Holidays: UK Bank Holidays only
