Key Responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility for plant operations and manufacturing performance
• Manage gear manufacturing processes: Gear Shaping, Hobbing, Cutting, and Grinding
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 quality management system
• Drive productivity, quality improvement, cost reduction, and on-time delivery
• Lead cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Maintenance, and SCM
• Handle customer and system audits, continuous improvement initiatives

Key Skills:
• Strong technical knowledge of gear manufacturing processes
• Hands-on experience with IATF 16949
• Proven leadership and plant management capability
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
