Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Field Sales Manager to drive sales activities across Gurgaon and Delhi. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the gynecology segment, and possess strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
This role involves field visits, doctor engagement, product promotion, territory management, and achieving sales targets while ensuring overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales activities across the assigned territories: Gurgaon and Delhi.
- Meet gynecologists, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote the company’s products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory planning and execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure availability and visibility of products in the assigned markets.
- Deliver product presentations and participate in CMEs, medical camps, and promotional events when required.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams for supply, product updates, and overall support.
